The three common birds found are: the Raven, Pigeons and Woodpeckers. These birds and their droppings provide unsanitary conditions and can cause over sixty transmissible diseases that can possibly be fatal. Birds are destructive to the property, equipment, merchandise, and any others that can lead to large financial losses. Birds can destroy rooftops, floors, walls, vehicles, and other equipment. The corrosive effects of the droppings will cause irreversible damage. The bird droppings will cost large financial outlays for cleaning crews, related equipment, and time. Birds also destroy plants and crops; make nests inside houses, and makes noise, etc.
For inside, birds can make nests inside the attic and any where else where there is a ledge. For the outside, roof tops, tree branches near the roof, window sills.
There are two different ways to control birds. They can be using a repellent and spikes. The result of a repellent (Jteaton 4 the Birds Repellent, DR T'S BAT-A-WAY REPELLENT ) is to repel birds from an unwanted area. Spikes (Polly Spike 2'' (8 ft)) are often used on rooftops so the birds can not perch.
The repellent (Jteaton 4 the Birds Repellent) is applied by cleaning the surfaces to promote adhesion of the repellent (Jteaton 4 the Birds Repellent). It is recommended that you wipe or scrape all the dust, dirt, droppings, and other loose debris from the surfaces. Seal all porous surfaces prior to the treatment by brushing on one coat of shellac or a 50% solution white glue and allow it to dry. Use a caulking gun or a putty knife to apply this product simply because the repellent (Jteaton 4 the Birds Repellent) is transparent and sticky. You should apply the repellant (Jteaton 4 the Birds Repellent) in a cross section then press against the surface to ensure good adhesion. For sill and ledges, apply beads no more than 2" apart, beginning from 1" in from the outer edge. To treat roofs, peaks, cornices and other areas, apply a single bead of repellent along the highest point. A second application may be needed if the repellent (Jteaton 4 the Birds Repellent) becomes flattened by man bird traffic. DO NOT APPLY PRODUCT IN BEADS WIDER OR DEEPER THAN PRESCRIBED ABOVE. The other repellent, (DR T'S BAT-A-WAY REPELLENT) is a granule. All you have to do is sprinkle the area where birds become frequent. After the birds have been repelled away, seal up all the cracks and openings so the birds do not come back into the house.
The spikes (Polly Spike 2'' (8 ft)) adjusts onto the ledges, window sills, roof peaks and edges, flat or curved surfaces. You will need to simply pace the spikes (Polly Spike 2'' (8 ft)) where the birds land to perch frequently. The spikes (Polly Spike 2'' (8 ft)) will be uncomfortable for the birds to perch on because the spikes would not give the birds a good foot holding.
