Drione Dust uses a contact kill method to control pest. Once the pest has come in to contact with Drione Dust the pest will have enough time to carry the insecticide back to its colony hive and expose the insecticide to the rest of the colony. The odorless and stainless product can be used almost anywhere. If left undisturbed the residual will last up to 6 mos. Drione Dust control most common house hold pest. When using the Drione Dust make sure even layers and amount are spread to make the job easier we recommend tool such as bellow duster or centrobulb duster.
We recommend apply Drione Dust with a hand duster (Bellow duster, Centrobuld duster) for easier and more uniformed application. Do NOT over use dust which will cause prevention insects from contacting the dust.

Using a bulbous duster, apply small amount of Drione Dust directly into cracks and crevices such as joints between different elements of construction or between equipment bases and the floor, wall voids, mother housings junction boxes or switch boxes, conduits or hollow equipment legs where cockroaches, ants, silverfish, spiders, boxelder bugs, amd cricket hide. Care should be taken to avoid depositing the product onto exposed surfaces or introducing the material into the air. Avoid contamination of food or food processing surfaces.
Distribute Drione Dust at the rate of 2 ounces per 100 square feet of surface area. Apply a continuous visible film underneath and behind stairs, refrigerators and appliances. Treat Drione Dust on, around and behind moldings, shelving, baseboards, pipe openings, crack, crevices, and other areas where insects hide. For severe infestations, apply Drione Dust behind cabinets and walls, in crawl spaces and attics at the rate of 16 ounces per 1000 square feet of surface area. Repeat treatment as necessary.
it is generally advisable to treat wasp and bee nests in the evening when insects are less active and have returned to the nest. Using hand or power duster or other suitable means, with extension tubes if necessary, thoroughly Drione dust nest and entrance and surrounding areas where insects alight. Nests in wall voids can be located by listening with your ear against the wall. Drill a hole in the area, blow Drione dust in, and reseal. For best results check nests carefully one or two days after treatment to ensure complete kill, then remove and destroy nest to prevent emergence of newly- hatched insects. If removal is not feasible, retreat the nest if necessary. Care should be taken when treating overhead nest so that neither the product nor the nest falls on people standing below.
Take bed apart. Drione Dust into joints and channels. If hollow, such as square or round tubing, see that the interior of framework is well dusted. Mattresses should be dusted, especially tufts, folds, and edges, Picture frame moldings and all cracks and crevices in the room should be treated.
Drywood Termites: to protect against entrance, using an electric or hand operated rotary duster, distribute Drione Dust through an entry, e.g. crawl hole into attic and crawl space of building, at a rate of 1 pound per 1000 square feet of floor area. All vents and blowers on the windware side should be closed. All wood surfaces should be covered. In case of localized infestations probe to locate galleries and drill holes to inject Drione Dust into the galleries. If reasonably heavy infestations has already developed, fumigation should be employed.
