When returning items at DiyPestControlProduct.com we will only charge for all cost of shipping. As only as the item remains in the same condition, the original package container, documentation there should be no problems. The only time we will not accept returns is when the item is damaged or defaced. The item then will be returned back to the buyer and he or she is responsible for all charges. Even if the item is reject we hold the rights to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit.
