PT 250 Propoxur Aerosol

PT 250 Propoxur residual insecticide provides fast knockdown, non-repellent and long-lasting formulation with low odor. PT 250 Propoxur is best for cracks and crevices or spot treatment. PT 250 Propoxur is extremely effective against a wide variety of crawling insects such as cockroaches, ants, silverfish. PT 250 Propoxur is excellent product to use as part of a rotation plan in the management of pyrethroid resistant cockroaches. Pt 250 Propoxur is compatible with System III Crack and Crevice Injection Tool.

GENERAL PEST CONTROL INDOORS WITH PT 250 PROPOXUR

SPOT TREATMENT: Apply to surfaces as a spot treatment only. Do not spray up into air. Point spray opening toward surface to be sprayed and press button firmly. Hold about 12?from the surface being sprayed. Spray around baseboards, doors, window sills and plumbing and other places where insects may enter. Spray into inaccessible areas behind and beneath sinks, stoves, cabinets, refrigerators, damp areas, and in and around waste containers. Avoid excessive wetting of asphalt, tile, rubber and plastic. Do not treat open floor areas, furniture, beds or bedding. Clean any exposed area where food or people may contact.

CRACK & CREVICE TREATMENT: Use 250 Propoxur with the supplied actuator and injection tubes or other Whitmire Micro-Gen equipment. Inject250 Propoxur into cracks and crevices or void spaces where insects may be harboring, living and breeding. Place injector tip into cracks, crevices, holes and other small openings where insects may enter. Spray into inaccessible areas behind and beneath sinks, stoves, cabinets, refrigerators, damp areas and in and around waste containers.

ENTRY RESTRICTION: Do not allow people or pets to enter the treated area until sprays have dried.

INDOOR TREATMENTS

ANTS: Apply as a spot treatment or Crack & Crevice treatment. Spray into nests, trails, around doors, windows, into structural cracks and crevices, and wherever ants enter house. Spray directly on insects in these locations where possible. Repeat as necessary. Do not treat entire area of floor or floor covering.

CRAWLING PESTS: Cockroaches, Waterbugs, Spiders, Brown Dog Ticks, Earwigs, Crickets, Sowbugs, Millipedes, and Centipedes ?Apply as a spot treatment or Crack & Crevice treatment. Spray into hiding places such as cracks and crevices, moist areas, openings around pipes and sinks, under refrigerators, behind baseboards, coffee makers, meter boxes and manholes. Spray directly on insects in these locations where possible. Repeat as necessary.

BOOKLICE & SILVERFISH: Spray cracks and crevices in baseboards, doorframes, bookcases and storage areas. Spray directly on insects in these locations where possible. Repeat as necessary.

GRAIN WEEVILS, FLOUR BEETLES, CHOCOLATE MOTHS, DRUGSTORE BEETLES (in exposed adult and larval stages) and hibernating stages of BOXELDER BUGS, ELM LEAF BEETLES, CLUSTER FLIES and CLOVER MITES: Contact as many insects as possible when treating infested areas such as cracks and crevices in wall voids, around windows and doorframes, under siding, in machinery, and in dark, secluded areas. Repeat as necessary.

Localized treatment of wood destroying insects: CARPENTER ANTS and CARPENTER BEES ?Locate source of infestation. Inject 5 - 10 seconds of spray into insect tunnels and cavities. For CARPENTER BEES, seal entrance openings with small pieces of stainless steel wool after spray application.

FOR TERMITES: Locate source of infestation. Apply to voids and channels in damaged wooden members of structure or to cracks, spaces or bearing joints between wooden members of a structure. Inject 5 - 10 seconds spray into insect tunnels and cavities. This application is not a substitute for mechanical alteration, soil treatment or foundation treatment but is merely a supplemental treatment. This product is intended to kill workers or winged reproductive forms which may be present in the treated areas.
